About

The aim of this blog

This blog is based on scientific ideas I have from time to time that raise interesting questions beyond the realms of the current body of published scientific knowledge. I would like to invite researchers to take these ideas and determine whether or not they have any validity. The subjects are wide ranging and cover such areas as Astrophysics, Genetics, Archaeology, Anthropology, Zoology, Botany and Palaeontology.

I welcome views of readers which may help to refine the ideas discussed here. Welcome to the world of Way Out Science !

Each topic is posted on its own page for continuity. So far stories on this blog include;

  • Dwarves, Goblins, Trolls, Leprechauns and Pixies are folk memories of the Neanderthals.

Forthcoming topics will include;

  • Mediterranean civilisations of the ice age.
  • Phenotype groups – you look just like someone I know !
  • Bacterial life (or more) on Mars is guaranteed.
  • The Earths’ Moon is artificial – how can this be ?
  • Variations in the speed of light.
